I bought this to program an ABS module. The interface is a little tricky but I was able to figure it out. Once I navigated to the right screen, the rest was easy. The price seems reasonable for the quality and the WiFi connection made it easy to get the updates needed. Great product! Would definitely recommend.

I ordered the CRP919X to help track down check engine codes on my son's old van (2000 Ford), and it did not disappoint.It linked up via the OBD port cable and was able to read codes and test some components through the bidirectional input functions.We found engine lean conditions and were able to narrow it down to a vacuum leak and failing fuel pump.We fixed those and reset the computer with this tool and the van was fixed.I also used the LAUNCH X431 CRP919X (and a sold separate TPMS accessory) to program a Launch TPMS device on my 2019 Ram 1500 DT Longhorn.I have also used this for issues on a 2013 Toyota highlander, a 2012 Fiat 500, and a 2023 Ford Mustang.This is a great tool for finding possible reasons for a check engine light.There are accessories like the TPMS programmer and a battery tool that let you do even more.The one down side is that the updates only last for 2 years, and when it's time to renew, a single year costs $339 (see my pictures).This is pretty crazy as the device can be bought for about this.I still highly recommend, but know you will have a substantial cost in the future. This comes with a tough case, USB-C cable (for charging), country plug adapters, charging block, OBD cable, and manual.It also receives power from the vehicle and connects to WIFI.

This is an amazing piece of equipment, i have other more complete scanner that i use for programing and coding, but this has become my daily driver, being a cable unit is super fast to conect, and fo the everyday service reset and health status of regular cars is just easy to use, no conection time with a wireless vci, no wifi needed just plug it and get to work, and having the physical buttons when having dirty hands is just simpler. It is very capable considering that is really affordable.

Got 919x 2 weeks ago.It competes directly with XTO0L D7. This tool featuresbidirectional control consisting of resets, actuation tests and special functions. You canview all live data PIDS from all modules in the vehicle in either text form, or graph form.This tool with also record selected live data PIDS and it will allow for playback at up to 4Xspeed. lt is also compatible with the newer protocols of CAN FD and DolP. The toolphysically reminds me of the many Snap-on scanners because of its red body with blacktrim around the edges and especially its physical buttons. lt's VERY Snap on ish... Themechanical buttons are really nice for when your fingers are covered in grease and thescreen won't respond to their touch. lt also has an "automatically connect" feature thatcan be toggles on/off in the setting menu. This features makes the tool automaticallyauto-vin the vehicle and intimately start a full system scan when the data cable isconnected to a vehicle. All this happens by simply plugging in the data cable to the DLCport in the vehicle. This is the only tablet style of scan tool that l have reviewed on myYouTube channel to have physical buttons, and the "auto connect option. Those are twofeatures that no other scanners have.... at least that l know of anyway.

It seemed to work very well, and did what it said it was supposed to do. I did return the item, however, because I needed a model that provided more functions. The return process was smooth. If the list of functions is what you need, this should suit your purposes. I just needed more.

This tool took a bit to update all of the features, but that was more than likely a function of my home internet speed, and not the product.I was able to plug this into my 9-year-old car and perform a complete diagnosis without any glitches or problems. It seems like a very good product for the money. Will it do as much as a Snap-On or Mac Tools scanner? No. But it's also a fraction of the cost.It seems like it will be durable enough, but only time will tell. Additionally, I haven't had it long enough to comment on the battery life, and length of service between recharges. Hopefully it won't be a disappointment in that area.This is definitely leaps and bounds better than the Harbor Freight scanner/code reader I had been using. If you're a home mechanic that just needs to keep the family car/grocery-getter running well during this time of insane car markets without putting the local mechanic's kids through college, this tool would be an excellent choice.

Never had the chance to use this x431 because it doesn’t do what I need. It was a little misleading. Great reviews though. Lot’s of video but nothing on wat I need. Done a thorough search and I was right. So, I found another x431 model that does. Will purchase that one and give a review on my findings.

I needed it to initialize the new abs module in my 2016 Wrangler.I watched a UTube video and ordered the module and this from Launchx431online.Install went flawless & this device matched it to my JKU and removed error codes.All is well.(I am not a mechanic).Dealer quoted $2000 for job.This cost $462 & module, due to shortage, cost about $600.I figure I have a good deal.Got an awesome scan tool for next project and got it completed for half dealer price and the knowledge to do it again if necessary.

I was a little nervous purchasing for my 14 Cherokee because it��s very picky on scanners (snap on wouldn��t go into anything) but it gave me full access. So far it��s been great to use!

This scan tool has a good number of functions and is a good value option for a mid grade scan tool.

Awesome piece of equipment. Wish I had bought it first instead of a cheaper model thinking the add on modules would do what I needed. If you think add on will be needed just buy the better model and save yourself $40.

Device works great. I purchased to do coding on a Porsche Macan Turbo. I was able to enable a hidden sport mode, as well as other features. As an added bonus this device supports Aston Martin which is fairly rare for me. So I'll be able to work on that car as well as many others. Comes in a nice hard case with a variety of power adapters. Super pleased with this purchase.

Purchased this for my shop, we don��t do a ton of heavy mechanical but we get a lot of vehicles that come in that clients as for a scan on. We also do a lot of brakes and with newer vehicles and electronic parking brakes, this tool comes in handy allowing us to get into service mode. It also works on all the newer cars for scanning and checking codes. Very happy with this tool, does everything we need any more and always gives accurate results in a very quick and timely manner, it connects really well and never have any issue

This is a very nice unit other than the fact that after you plug it into the first vehicle, any other vehicle information has to be downloaded off the Internet and there are sometimes fees associated with this so be careful research this tool very carefully before you buy it to make sure it is personal and has the data you��re looking for already built in Other than that this unit fixed about a $5000 problem on my truck and I was able to repair it for less than $1000
